youtubeVideo Clip Downloader

teachersSometimes getting access to good internet coverage in a particular venue – such as a classroom or at your home, is difficult.

It is thus very useful to be able to download whatever video clips you require and store them on your computer, tablet or smartphone.

This means that you can easily have immediate access to them – even if you have no (or limited) internet activity and access at the location when and where you want to show the video clip.

We have found the following FREE facility very useful for downloading video clips from  YouTube

http://lp.ilivid.com/?appid=418

This is what they will look like when saved on your desktop – just click on the link below and see how beautifully it works!

VLC Media Player

In order to save the video clip on your hard drive and your desktop, you will probably also need to download the FREE VLC software programme from the following link: http://www.videolan.org/

We strongly encourage you to be creative – find out how to do things by asking others for help and guidance – be creative for your own sake and those of your learners!

Remember:  If you do what you have always done, do not be surprised if you get what you have always got!

It is vital that both you and your learners have fun with the teaching and learning that takes place in your classroom and at home!
